Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: • Track product usage trends to inform product development, pricing/packaging, content, and collateral. • Create competitive positioning, messaging, and responses for client-facing teams to counter market competition. • Own product pricing and market positioning relative to key competitors, ensuring premium placement for Broadview Group products. • Understand the product marketplace, including surfacing solutions and laminates, and formulate relevant positioning tactics. • Drive and manage new product launches including planning, messaging, and internal/external communication. • Conduct customer and market research to identify current and future trends and business opportunities. • Collaborate with senior leadership and product management teams in India • Prepare impactful presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Develop compelling messaging for new product releases and marketing campaigns. • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support organizational objectives. • Conduct product training for internal teams and channel partners to ensure consistent market communication. Key Skill Sets: • Strong analytical and research capabilities for market trend analysis • Excellent communication and storytelling ability to craft compelling product messages • Deep understanding of pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in architectural or interior design products • Familiarity with branding, merchandising, and retail display strategies • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and new product development • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiative • Ability to collaborate across departments and with international teams • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM/marketing automation tools is a plus • Creative thinking with a customer-first approach Show more Show less
