Job Summary

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to craft IQnext's positioning, lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and drive product adoption across markets. You'll own messaging, sales enablement, and content strategy to bridge the gap between product, sales, and customers.

Roles and responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

Develop and refine core positioning frameworks that clearly communicate IQnext's value proposition and differentiation across all customer touch points.

Go-To-Market Strategy

Plan and execute GTM strategies for new products and feature launches, including defining ICPs, personas, and key messaging across channels. Collaborate with the leadership for international region/s GTM.

Sales & CS Enablement

Create and manage impactful sales assets, pitch decks, one-pagers, whitepapers, and videos etc to help the sales team close deals faster and more effectively.

Content Strategy

Own the content strategy by defining pillars, tone, and narratives. Collaborate to produce engaging blogs, case studies, newsletters, and campaigns that drive awareness and conversions.

Product Adoption & Customer Communication

Plan customer communication calendars, oversee release notes, newsletters, and updates, and work with Customer Success to build customer stories and testimonials.

Market & Competitor Intelligence

Lead ongoing research on competitors, market trends, and customer insights to refine messaging and support product roadmap decisions.

We're looking for someone who:

  1. 4+ years of experience in

    B2B SaaS product marketing

    .
  2. Exposure to proptech

    will be a plus.
  3. Skilled at turning complex products into clear, differentiated messaging and collateral.
  4. Proven experience in GTM strategy, content planning, and sales enablement.
  5. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
  6. Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and content creation tools (Hubspot, Canva, Google Analytics Zoho CRM, etc)
  7. Data-informed mindset with the ability to define KPIs and act on insights
  8. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams
