Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview: As a Product Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for owning the local maxima for your product and defining and executing GTM strategies for new launches and campaigns to drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to devise go-to-market strategies, conduct market research, optimize the sales funnel, stay updated on customer needs and industry trends, and enable user-facing teams for successful product adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Own the local maxima for your product and define GTM strategies for new launches and campaigns - Devise go-to-market strategies to achieve overall business targets with cross-collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams - Conduct market research, acquire insights, and deepen understanding of target market segments - Work closely with Sales, analytics, Product, and Marketing to optimize and track the sales funnel - Stay updated on customer needs and industry trends to include in the product roadmap - Enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by creating collaterals, content, and demos for lead generation and better conversion funnel Qualifications Required: - At least 4+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or Product Strategy - Exposure to Fintech and SAAS technology products in a strategy/marketing/product capacity is a plus - Skills in navigating processes and experience in a major industry are preferred - Ability to interact and understand executive management and C-Suite executives - Ability to independently lead projects from conceptualization to execution - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Curious about metrics, execution processes, and macro trends - Ambitious with a natural focus and bias toward outcomes,
