Job Description At NielsenIQ we autonomously contribute to analysis that resolves specific Client concerns serves as a liaison between Commercial team, Quality Assurance, Operations, Engineering, & Data Science teams with regards to Internal and External Client Projects. In this role on the Digital Product team, your work on innovative methodologies and data optimization will directly impact our business and our clients. As a Senior Manager in ECommerce Sales, you will be responsible for building and executing the go-to-market strategies for NIQ's EComm solutions for FMCG clients. The focus of this role will be on delivering revenue targets for EComm solutions by identifying potential Tech & Durable clients and pitching relevant solutions to meet clients business needs. Along with new business development, account management is also critical with constant handholding of the client on the new solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES The incumbent would work closely with the Head of E-commerce to drive business targets for e-Comm solutions for FMCG clients. Commercial management: Co-own revenue target for assigned clients / cohorts in partnership with FMCG Account Development Executives, by ensuring regular follow-ups and joint business planning. Design and implement strategic plans towards the fulfilment of Operating plan for EComm solutions - leveraging sales toolkits such as Salesloft, Sales Plays, etc. and support from Marketing and Sales Development Representatives, as required. Given that the solutions are new, acquiring new clients, pitching is critical to drive penetration of the solutions. E2E Deal & Pipeline Management for FMCG clients Ownership of GTM: Build, refine and cascade pitch decks to Commercial teams and clients alike by being on top of the offerings and possible solutions for client needs. Understand client business requirements and interpret briefs to identify the right solutions that answer clients business needs. Client relationship management: Driving regular engagement with clients onboarded on our solution suite remains critical. Building strong relationships with clients while demonstrating a strong subject matter expertise on our solutions is critical to the role. Collaboration and integration with other NIQ solutions: Our EComm solution suite includes solutions focused on both retail measurement, online shopper behavior and digital shelf analytics. Ensuring triangulation of insights across these solutions as well as other NIQ solutions to provide meaningful insights to clients is key to success. While you've worked with cross-functional teams, you can also put your head down and focus on independent projects. Seeing the big picture takes attention to details. QUALIFICATIONS MBA (desirable) with 7-8 years experience in EComm / Market Research / FMCG industry Effective selling, influencing and negotiating skills Business development experience mandatory Candidate should be from the e-commerce field - preferably from the insights and analytics team with good working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness. Job Description Title: Google Sales Play Support Executive Summary The Google Sales Play Support team is responsible for developing and delivering GTM (Go To Market) campaigns. An activation is a package of resources that include: sales plays, demand generation campaigns, incentives, learning and enablement modules, and post sales resources.
