Partner Programs Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining the Ecosystem Partner Program team as a Partner Programs Lead at MongoDB. Your main responsibilities will be to develop Partner Programs and GTM workstreams for Ecosystem Partners (SI and VAR). You will support Regional Sales Leadership and Field Specialists, modernize the Partner Program Function, drive Pipeline Generation, improve co-sell execution, and launch new sales plays with the Ecosystem Partners. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage Partner Programs for Ecosystem Partners - Drive Partner Onboarding including orientation, enablement, certifications, and GTM readiness for SIs and VARs - Execute Program Initiatives with MongoDB partners for successful adoption - Build strong partner networks, foster executive sponsorships, and develop new business opportunities - Create assets, collaterals, pitch decks, and memos for internal approvals - Oversee partner operations including quotes, proof of sales, agreements, and partner documentation - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to refine and scale programs globally - Drive growth, engage at executive levels, and close business in dynamic environments Qualifications Required: - Preferably a Masters in Business Administration - Extensive experience in Program Management and launching strategic initiatives for Partner experience transformation - Creative, dynamic, and passionate about building new programs successfully - 5+ years of Partner Lead sales role focusing on new business with Services and Value Added Resellers - Skilled in building business champions and running complex sales processes - Proficient in CRM and Vendor Management Tools like Salesforce, Workspan, Graphite, Coupa, Conga, etc. Additional Company Details: MongoDB is committed to providing a supportive culture for its employees, including employee affinity groups, fertility assistance, and a generous parental leave policy.
