Responsibilities This position essentially drives customer relationships and engages in sales activities. It is primarily a sales role which will serve our customers virtually and will focus on aftermarket products. Act as primary aftermarket customer contact point, lead relationship and account management and customer support activities Focus on proactive selling activities of aftermarket products, such as parts, service labour and simple upgrades. Communicate value to customer and converting to bookings Run sales plays with accounts in your customer portfolio, reaching out about potential value we can provide the customer and converting to bookings Creation and execution of account plans for larger customers as required Developing and maintaining customer contact and network through primarily virtual means (i.e., leveraging modern sales technology and digital tools to engage customer, business travel by exception and not expected) Represent & promote equally all Lines of Business brands/technologies according to customer installation Possessing product knowledge and able to advise customer on simple technical questions Ensuring co-ordination within Norican business to achieve timely and accurate support of customer’s needs and requests Preparation and presentation of regular account sales reviews, forecasts, and other management reporting Update CRM and other IT systems as required to reflect our customer contacts Proactively analysing and drawing insights from sales tools to understand customer needs and convert these into sales success Proactive gathering & maintenance of relevant business intelligence on account and entry into relevant CRM or other system in structured form Creation, follow-up and expediting of offers and orders Associated tasks as required What We Offer Supportive Environment: A friendly team that supports each other Professional Development: Language courses at the workplace Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary Health and Wellness: Group Medical Insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with digital engagement tools, 5 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach, a sales hunter mentality, and be analytical and process-driven. Strong verbal, presentation, and written skills, as well as selling skills and a willingness to learn and improve continuously, are essential. Previous sales or commercial operations experience and knowledge of the Norican product portfolio are preferred.
