As AppVentory’s Demand Generation Marketer , you’ll own the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate growth. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop integrated campaigns that speak directly to finance and accounting professionals. From paid acquisition to lifecycle marketing, you’ll experiment, optimize, and scale what works — helping us turn awareness into adoption. What you will do Own and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid ads, SEO, webinars, content syndication, and partnerships). Build and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel effectively. Partner with Product Marketing to craft audience-specific messaging for campaigns. Manage and optimize paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) for ROI and efficiency. Collaborate with the Sales team to align on lead quality, scoring, and follow-up processes. Track performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, pipeline contribution, CAC, etc.) and use insights to guide strategy. Experiment with new channels, partnerships, and content formats to grow awareness among accountants, bookkeepers, and SMB finance leaders. Own marketing automation workflows and ensure data accuracy in CRM and marketing systems. Consistently update and enhance the website to improve traffic metrics and overall campaign performance. What we expect 3–7 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing for a B2B SaaS company. Proven success in building pipeline and managing paid acquisition across digital channels. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms. Strong understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and SaaS marketing funnel. Data-driven, analytical thinker who enjoys testing, iterating, and improving results. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong communication skills with a knack for clear, concise messaging. Nice to Have Experience marketing to finance teams, accountants, or small business operators. Familiarity with B2B content marketing, webinars, or event strategy . Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth SaaS startup environment. Working knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and conversion tracking tools .

What you will do Positioning & Messaging Define value propositions , key messages , and differentiation for AppVentory and its features. Translate technical product details into customer-centric stories . Maintain consistent messaging across website, pitch decks, campaigns, and PR. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution Partner with product and marketing teams for every new feature or release. Develop GTM plans — including positioning, launch assets, timelines, and success metrics. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth and impactful launches. Market & Customer Insights Conduct market intelligence — understand competitors, trends, and buyer personas. Identify pain points, use cases, and language that resonates with target audiences (advisors, tech providers, procurement teams, etc.).
