Job Summary:

Rehabilitation, Ortho, and Mobility Aids

1. Product Marketing and Branding

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for pharma and healthcare products, especially in rehabilitation, orthopedics, and mobility aids.
• Align product messaging with clinical value propositions in collaboration with R&D, sales, and compliance teams.
• Drive branding activities including packaging design, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.

Competitor & Market Analysis

• Conduct regular market and competitor research to track trends, pricing, and new product introductions.
• Prepare SWOT analyses and maintain a robust competitive intelligence system.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the marketplace for strategic positioning.
  

Data Analytics & Insights

• Analyze purchase and return patterns from distributors, hospitals, and retailers.
• Provide actionable insights to reduce product returns and improve inventory planning.
• Work closely with supply chain and sales teams for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Physiotherapy

  (preferred), or in Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum 4 years in product marketing, preferably in

  pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare

  .

• Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation, ortho, and mobility aids

  .
• Strong communication skills;

  fluent in English

  .
• Proficient in competitor analysis and brand positioning.

• Digital media experience

  is a strong plus.
