Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced and high-growth marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, customer insights, and storytelling. You will own product messaging, drive go-to-market strategies, and enable sales & customer success teams to position Phenoms products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy

Own and execute GTM strategy for new features and product launches

Conduct market and competitive research to shape positioning

Define ICP, buyer personas, and customer journeys

Positioning & Messaging

Create clear, compelling product messaging and value propositions

Translate technical capabilities into customer-centric benefits

Develop content frameworks for campaigns, website, and product collateral

Sales Enablement

Build sales collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts

Train Sales and Customer Success teams on product capabilities and messaging

Support customer-facing demos when needed

Content & Thought Leadership

Collaborate with demand-gen and content teams on integrated campaigns

Create high-impact assets: blogs, case studies, videos, whitepapers, webinars

Support storytelling for events, webinars, and product launches

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Growth, and Sales teams to drive adoption

Gather customer insights to influence product roadmap

Track performance metrics, product usage data, and campaign results

Skills & Qualifications

35 years of experience in Product Marketing (preferably SaaS/B2B)

Proven success in GTM strategy, product positioning, and sales enablement

Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills

Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with marketing/product analytics tools

Experience partnering with product and revenue-focused teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in HR Tech or enterprise SaaS

Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and funnel analytics

Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments
