We have grown remarkably in the last 4 months and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 200cr. What would you be doing?
- Creator Lifecycle & Funnels
Own the end-to-end creator lifecycle: acquisition → activation → engagement → retention → drop-off → reactivation.
Improve funnel performance through product enhancements, automated journeys, behavioural nudges, and communication alignment.Track and optimize KPIs like activation %, engagement depth, retention %, and business contribution.
- Gamification & Experience
Lead gamification initiatives that improve creator motivation, consistency, and habit formation.
Build scalable, outcome-driven frameworks tied to core business KPIs.
Drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for creator growth campaigns (rewards, contests, seasonal initiatives).
Build messaging, positioning, and execution plans that move creators to action.
Lead GTM strategy for all new brands added to Wishlink and for every new product feature.
Define narrative, segmentation, rollout strategy, and post-launch adoption tracking.
- Communication & Journey Alignment
Build clear, consistent messaging across push, WA, email, in-app, and product surfaces.
Ensure communication, product experience, and growth loops work together to drive funnel movement.
- Analytics, Reporting & Impact
Define KPIs, build dashboards, and analyse funnel performance.
Present insights and measurable business impact to stakeholders and leadership.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with Product, Growth, CX, BI, Brand, and Creator teams.Build processes, SLAs, and structures that streamline execution.Mentor PMMs and contribute to the growth of the product marketing function.
What are we looking for?
If you are a content creator yourself or have worked closely in the social media space - we like you already :)
- 4+ years in Product Marketing, Growth, CRM, or Lifecycle Management.
- Strong understanding of user funnels, lifecycle journeys, creator psychology, and product-led marketing.
- Experience in building GTMs, improving funnels, running experiments, and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Solid analytical skills and familiarity with tools like, WebEngage/Clevertap, PowerBi, Coda, Asana or similar.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
