Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies.
Monitor product performance and marketing KPIs to optimize campaigns.
Create marketing content, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
Support launch planning, product campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing management, or related roles.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer insights.
Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time.
