Key Responsibilities

• Manage lead generation programs and monitor campaign performance.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize campaigns.
• Produce marketing content, presentations, and sales enablement materials.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing or related roles.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Experience with lead generation and campaign management.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time.
