Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential communities, associations, and corporate groups suitable for subscription programs, Scheduling events .
  • Establish contact with key representatives or decision-makers and build strong B2B relationships.
  • Schedule on-ground or virtual sessions for the internal sales team to present and sell healthcare subscriptions.
  • Support the sales team with lead information and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and regularly update progress reports.
  • Execute local marketing activities and engagement programs to enhance brand visibility in target areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, field sales, or partnership development (preferably in healthcare or service sector).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve outreach targets.
  • Local area knowledge (Kochi and nearby regions) is preferred.
