Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Ensure statutory compliances including TDS, GST, Advance Tax, and other financial regulations.
• Review and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC-04) and perform GST input credit reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits and internal financial control reviews.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, and manage company budgets and cash flows.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Develop and implement internal financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and procurement to ensure financial accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum

  6 years of progressive experience

  in financial management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation (GST, TDS), and Compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen.
• Ability to lead a team, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage financial operations independently with minimal supervision.
