About the role Support the Financial Controlling team in managing Aspire Accounting, Finance Operations, and Financial Systems Support the Financial Controlling Manager in managing the day-to-day accounts payable activities, performing bank reconciliations, and other finance-related tasks Process supplier invoices and staff claims in a timely and accurate manner Ensure appropriate approvals and documentation are in place for payments Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and handle vendors/staff queries Assist in monthly closing activities related to payables and bank reconciliations for all Aspire entities within the month-end close timelines.
