3. Ensure RBI/SEBI compliance, audits, and accurate financial reporting.
4. Drive automation in reconciliation, MIS, and finance dashboards.
5. Support leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and profitability.
1. CA with 510 years NBFC/fintech experience.
2. Expertise in digital lending, co-lending, and FLDG models.
3. Strong in audit, compliance, and financial analysis.
4. Hands-on with Tally, Excel, and LMS/ERP systems.
