Project Manager – Compliance &. Regulatory

Job Summary: We are seeking seasoned Project Managers with strong expertise in Private Banking, Wealth Management , and Compliance & Regulatory initiatives within the BFSI domain . This role requires end-to-end project ownership, stakeholder leadership, and Agile-based delivery across critical financial transformation programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic initiatives in Private Banking / Wealth , focusing on regulatory and compliance delivery (e.g., KYC, AML). Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Handle RAIDs , delivery risks, and manage project escalations proactively. Track delivery milestones using tools like Jira and Confluence . Ensure governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across the program lifecycle . Required Skills: 7–15 years of total experience in BFSI Project Management At least 5 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management Hands-on experience with compliance/regulatory projects Agile project delivery expertise Jira, Confluence, RAID management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred (for M5 level): Experience managing multi-country delivery Large-scale transformation program leadership Senior program-level stakeholder handling Show more Show less
