Role Overview: As a Front-End SDE-2 at FloBiz, you will take ownership of feature development, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality code standards. You will translate product requirements and high-fidelity designs into performant, maintainable front-end code, while mentoring junior developers and driving engineering excellence. You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and Analytics teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences across web and desktop platforms. Responsibilities: Apply AI-powered development tools to boost quality, velocity, and consistency in day-to-day development (e.g. Cursor). Own end-to-end implementation of front-end features and modules with minimal supervision. Maintain high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
