Senior Finance Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Finance Manager to independently lead and manage the organization’s financial operations. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance functions, ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and operational efficiency, while providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and MIS reporting
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and working capital management
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and analytical reports to support management decisions
• Identify and implement improvements in financial systems, processes, and workflows
• Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely closure of books of accounts

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and audit procedures
• Hands-on experience with Tally or other ERP systems and advanced MS Excel
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
