Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Own
end-to-end finance
including accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, and month-end closure
Prepare and manage
P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
, and MIS reporting
Drive
business finance
: budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, and cost optimization
Manage
statutory compliance
: GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and regulatory filings
Oversee
payroll, vendor payments
, and working capital management
Support
fundraising, ESOP structuring
, and investor reporting (as applicable)
Build scalable
financial controls, SOPs, and systems
Act as a strategic finance partner to leadership for growth and profitability

Preferred candidate profile

CA / MBA (Finance) preferred
8-12+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
Experience in
startups, logistics, e-commerce, or tech-led businesses
preferred
Strong knowledge of
Indian taxation, compliance, and financial controls
Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with strategic thinking
