The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Quality Assurance to lead our QA functions across our two key production facilities in Rudrapur and Jaspur. Key Responsibilities Audit & Certification Management: Lead, prepare for, and manage all third-party and customer audits, including GFSI-benchmarked standards like FSSC 22000 and BRC. Ensure continuous compliance and successful recertification. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop the Quality Assurance teams at both the Rudrapur and Jaspur units. Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the primary expert on FSSAI regulations and other relevant food safety laws. Ensure all processes, documentation, and products consistently meet these standards. Quality Management System (QMS): Oversee and enhance the existing QMS and HACCP plans. Role summary You will be joining in a key role as Senior Manager, Finance and be the Head of Department. Own plant finance + corporate FP&A. Make our books clean & auditable, split the current single P&L into product-wise P&Ls, deliver monthly MIS. You will be based in Rudrapur but will travel to Jaspur on a frequent basis (1hr away, commute provided), and manage a team of accountants in each location. Key responsibilities Controllership across units: Clean, standardize and close books for multiple plants/product lines; ensure accurate revenue recognition, inventory/costing, and statutory compliance. MIS by product line: Publish monthly MIS by day-10 ; SKU/product-line/channel/plant profitability, variance bridges (price, mix, yield, freight), and dashboards for EBITDA/ROCE/CCC. Product-wise P&L build-out: Convert single P&L to SKU/product-wise P&Ls with clear cost-to-serve (RM, conversion, freight, trade, overhead allocation). Working capital & treasury: Drive DSO/DIO/DPO targets, banking lines, and cash forecasting; reduce disputes/credits and improve cash conversion. Governance & systems: Tighten internal controls, audit readiness, and ERP/Tally hygiene; create SOPs for finance processes.
