Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-driven products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, design, and marketing—to create world-class solutions that delight users.

This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in product management within tech/AI environments, with the ability to seamlessly support UX/UI decisions, marketing alignment, and technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and engaging product experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to shape product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and customer messaging.
• Gather and analyze customer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to guide product development.
• Write detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and user stories, and manage backlog prioritization.
• Track KPIs and product performance, iterating quickly based on data-driven insights.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Champion a customer-first mindset across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML, SaaS, or advanced tech environments.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, data-driven products, and their applications.
• Proven ability to collaborate across UX/UI, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Excellent skills in market research, competitive analysis, and positioning.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Self-starter mindset, comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
