Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Executive to manage and grow customer relationships, drive revenue, and support the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound lead follow-ups.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present products or services to prospective clients and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, pre-sales, and delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client engagement.


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in IT, SaaS, or B2B sectors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and strong negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel if required for client meetings or industry events.
