Job Description

Analyze, track, and manage
vendor and customer schemes
, ensuring accurate benefit realization
Perform
vendor ledger and lender reconciliations
on a periodic basis
Coordinate with vendors for
scheme claims, credit notes, and settlement closures
Handle
SAP-based purchase operations
including PO creation, GRN processing, and invoice tracking
Liaise with
warehouse teams
to ensure smooth stock movement and real-time availability
Monitor
stock aging and slow-moving inventory
and report actionable insights
Ensure
timely procurement
aligned with sales forecasts and inventory requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
purchase, vendor, and inventory records

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in
Commerce / Business / Supply Chain / Accounts
(B.Com / BBA / equivalent preferred)

Experience

1–3 years of experience in
purchase, vendor coordination, or supply chain operations
Experience in
consumer durable / retail industry
will be an added advantage

Technical Skills

Working knowledge of
SAP (Purchase & Inventory modules)
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

Behavioral & Functional Skills

Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good analytical and reconciliation abilities
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Warehouse, Sales)
Good communication skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy of vendor reconciliations
Timely closure of scheme claims and settlements
On-time PO, GRN, and invoice processing
Reduction in stock aging and slow-moving inventory
Vendor coordination effectiveness and turnaround time
