As a Product Manager, you will:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, define clear user stories, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful sprint execution.
• Agile/Scrum best practices to drive product development, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous improvement. Preferably CSPO certified.
• Understanding of the basic components of AI-driven automation, GenAI, agentic workflows.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify customer needs and opportunities for new products/features. Contribute in shaping the product roadmap, prioritize features and develop a release schedule that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure successful delivery of product releases.
• Identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends that could benefit the company and determining how to incorporate them into the product portfolio.
• Ensuring that products are tested and validated before release, and that any issues are identified and resolved quickly.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive product growth.
• Identify and mitigate risks to the product launch and ensure successful product adoption by customers.
• Shape and drive product demos and POC’s for prospective customers
• Define and drive the product support content generation including help files, FAQs, explainer videos, and marketing support videos

Required Qualifications -

• 5-7 years of experience in the product development space with experience working on enterprise products for international markets and B2B space. Preferable to have experience in the construction/real-estate/infrastructure industry
• Minimum educational qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Jira or Azure Boards.
• Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements. Build a well-defined product backlog.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong skills with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications –

• CSPO or PSPO certified.
• Technical background with full-stack development experience is preferred.
