We are seeking an experienced and user-obsessed Product Manager to own the entire product lifecycle for our fintech offerings. You will be the voice of the customer, driving the product vision and strategy from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and design, translating complex problems into simple, elegant solutions that solve real-world financial challenges for our users in India. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify key customer pain points and opportunities within the Indian fintech landscape.
• Translate product strategy into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on user impact and business value, and work closely with the engineering team.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, seamless, and delightful user experiences.
• Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs to measure product success and make data-informed decisions for future iterations.
• Act as the central point of contact between engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and leadership to ensure smooth execution and communication.
• Stay abreast of the regulatory landscape, including guidelines from RBI, NPCI, and SEBI, to ensure product compliance.
• Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and collaborate with the marketing team for successful product launches.

Product Manager Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in the Fintech, Payments, or Financial Services industry is mandatory.
• Proven track record of shipping successful B2C or B2B fintech products in India.
• Deep understanding of the Indian fintech ecosystem, including UPI, payment gateways, lending, KYC, and digital banking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• A strong sense of user empathy and a passion for building products that make a difference.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment.
