Product Manager:

SmartSense Solutions is looking for versatile Product Managers with a good understanding in B2B or consumer products to join the team and help build innovative products

As an ambitious product leader, you will brainstorm, innovate, and execute on product initiatives that will bring surprise to our customers while delivering business value to the company

Responsibilities:

Research and brainstorm on new product ideas and enhancements to the existing product by interacting with customers, internal stakeholders, analysing market research data, and doing competitive analysis.
Support in developing the product roadmap, strategy, release planning, and Product design by coordinating with the UI/UX Team
Discuss product feature prioritisation with the internal stakeholders and accordingly coordinate with the development team to plan the feature releases.
Building wireframes, workflow, business use cases, and high-level story writing of the features.
Responsible for coordinating properly with Business Analysts, Project Managers and Technical Managers. Also responsible for solving doubts regarding the features to BA or any other team member
Strong knowledge of Product Analytics and retention tools Mixpanel, Clevertap, Airship etc. Should be able to define, track, and monitor key product metrics of your features by collecting and analysing data from the product analytics tools on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Create and maintain the product documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Expectations:

Ability to keep up with AI advancements in terms of new GenAI products and services
Ability to work closely with UI/UX team, where customer experience is very important
Communication and Management skills
A consumer-centric mindset is a must
