IIFL Capital Services Ltd is looking for a seasoned product leader to head its trading platforms. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for defining and executing the strategy, innovation roadmap, and performance of our digital trading products across customer segments. Key Responsibilities Strategic Ownership Define and lead the product strategy for IIFL’s suite of trading platforms. Align platform capabilities with evolving market trends and business priorities. Work closely with business, technology, compliance, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class trading experiences. Platform Performance & Customer Experience Own and track key performance metrics including user growth, engagement, and retention. Continuously improve platform experience for diverse user segments—retail, active, and algorithmic traders. Ensure platforms remain reliable, fast, and competitive across devices and trading channels. Product Innovation & Roadmap Execution Drive the product development lifecycle—from discovery and design to delivery and adoption. Identify emerging opportunities in tools, features, or trading modalities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring differentiated capabilities to market. Financial Oversight Monitor and optimize the cost-income performance of the trading platforms. Contribute to revenue growth through platform-led business initiatives. Governance & Compliance Work with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met. Embed governance standards and controls within the product development process. Team Leadership Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product team. Drive a strong product culture grounded in user understanding, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in trading platforms, capital markets, or fintech. Proven ability to lead large-scale product initiatives with measurable outcomes. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Experience working in cross-functional, agile environments. Understanding of regulatory frameworks and trading technologies is preferred.
