Job Title: Procurement Manager (Interior, Furniture & Civil Materials)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage end-to-end procurement for interior fit-outs, furniture, fixtures, and civil construction materials required for commercial and coworking space projects. The role involves strategic sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, budgeting, and ensuring material availability for all ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Procurement & Sourcing

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and cost targets.
• Source, evaluate, and finalize suppliers for interior materials, furniture, fixtures, and civil works.
• Identify new vendors to improve cost efficiency, quality, and delivery timelines.

2. Vendor & Supplier Management

• Build and maintain long-term, reliable relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Resolve supplier issues related to delivery, pricing, and quality.

3. Negotiation & Contract Finalization

• Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and annual rate contracts.
• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts and SLAs.
• Ensure maximum cost savings without compromising on quality.

4. Material Planning & Inventory Control

• Forecast project-based material requirements in coordination with design and operations teams.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for multiple project sites.

5. Budget Management & Cost Control

• Prepare procurement budgets and track expenses against allocated limits.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternative materials, vendor options, and competitive bidding.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, supplier quotations, and rate comparisons.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with design, operations, and project teams to understand specifications and project schedules.
• Support project execution by ensuring timely delivery of approved materials.
• Provide guidance on material specifications and market trends.

7. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure all materials meet required technical, safety, and design specifications.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals of delivered materials.
• Maintain documentation aligned with company policies, audits, and procurement standards.

8. Market Research & Process Improvement

• Stay updated on new materials, industry trends, price changes, and supplier capabilities.
• Suggest innovative sourcing methods and process improvements.
• Maintain a strong database of vendors, materials, and pricing.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Procurement, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields.

• 3–6 years of experience

  in procurement for interiors, construction, furniture, or coworking fit-out projects.

• Strong negotiation

• Proficiency in MS Excel, procurement tools, and documentation.
