Job Description

Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors and suppliers for construction materials and services.
Obtain, compare, and analyze quotations from multiple vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
Prepare and issue
Purchase Orders (POs)
,
Work Orders (WOs)
, and
Material Requisition Forms
.
Track and monitor
material availability, stock levels
, and
purchase history
.
Coordinate closely with the
site team, project engineers, and accounts department
to understand and fulfill material requirements.
Ensure all procured materials comply with
quality standards
and project specifications.
Follow up on
delivery schedules
and resolve any discrepancies, delays, or issues with vendors.
Assist in
budgeting, cost control
, and forecasting for procurement activities.
Maintain proper documentation and records of procurement transactions.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and long-term cooperation.
