About the Role You’ll be joining Dressfolk’s core team to lead and scale our growth across third-party fashion marketplaces — from Myntra to Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, Aza, Nykaa Fashion and beyond. This is a deeply performance-led role for someone who understands the levers of fashion commerce and knows how to make data and design work together. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, managing relationships with partner platforms, and optimizing our digital storefronts to reflect both brand and business. What you’ll own End-to-end growth and performance across Myntra, Aza, Pernia’s, Nykaa Fashion, and other key marketplaces Relationships with category managers and merchandising teams at partner platforms Sales planning, forecasting and analysis across each platform Execution of pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, discounting and merchandising Listing accuracy, catalog updates, and launch readiness for new collections Exploration and onboarding on new relevant platforms Collaboration with internal ops, design and content teams to ensure timely execution Return rate analysis, payment reconciliation, and margin optimization Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field. Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or online sales (preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands). Platform Knowledge: Prior experience working with fashion marketplaces like Myntra, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, Aza, or Nykaa Fashion is essential. Analytical Skills: Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets, data interpretation, and marketplace dashboards to drive decisions. Operational Understanding: Familiarity with listing management, order tracking, return handling, and commission structures. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage external partner relationships. Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of pricing, margins, payouts, and campaign planning. Execution Ability: Highly organized with a proactive approach to managing timelines, inventory, and platform deliverables. About The Role As a Production Merchandiser at Dressfolk, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end production operations.
