About The Role

This position is focused on all things visual for the brand- graphic design, requiring a creative flair, fluency in Adobe Suite, a strong appreciation of typography, composition, and layout, and a fine eye for detail. To be able to interpret and deliver briefs to a high standard is a must. Some knowledge of editing and designing motion graphics would be advantageous.

You will be responsible for designing and developing all the company’s graphics, from digital to printed materials while ensuring that all the graphics are in line with the brand guidelines.

You must be up to date with the latest thinking in graphic and digital design and have an eye for art direction, style, fashion, and popular culture. There will be opportunities to work in a variety of design disciplines from digital to print and editorial to social.

What we're looking for

• Ideation and design of brand collateral, packaging, booth design, etc.
• Ideation and design of communication pieces, including digital ads, print ads, outdoor ads, and BTL
• Execute various adaptations for the campaigns while paying attention to details, maintaining the aesthetics of the layout and properties of the medium
• Understand marketing problems and find creative and design solutions around them
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (digital, print, and motion)

Technical Skills Required

• Knowledge of Design Thinking
• Strong sense of design with a keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and composition
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• Good with illustrations
• Prior experience in a high-growth environment would be preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Motion graphics and animation skills are add-ons
• Strong visual communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
