Procurement & Sourcing Head

Role Overview: You will be the sourcing & procurement head at Dressfolk, playing a critical role in managing end-to-end procurement. Your responsibilities will include leading sourcing and production across crafts, textiles, and categories, planning and allocating production efficiently with artisan clusters and vendor partners, managing end-to-end production processes, maintaining strong vendor and artisan relationships, overseeing and monitoring production P&L, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align production with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sourcing and production across crafts, textiles, and categories to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Plan and allocate production efficiently with artisan clusters and vendor partners. - Manage end-to-end production processes, ensuring optimal use of manpower and raw materials. - Maintain strong vendor and artisan relationships, ensuring scale while preserving quality. - Oversee and monitor production P&L to drive cost efficiency and profitability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with business goals. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in sourcing textiles, working directly with artisans, preferably in an ethnic wear brand. - Deep knowledge of Indian textiles, crafts, and production techniques. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and production P&L management. - Ability to plan, forecast, and allocate production resources efficiently. - Hands-on experience in managing vendor and artisan networks. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution ability in high-growth environments.
