About the Role

We’re looking for a Finance Executive who loves working with numbers as much as we love working with textiles. Someone meticulous, trustworthy, and efficient, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, tally operations, and D2C business processes.

You’ll be the backbone of our finance operations, ensuring every invoice, ledger, and transaction reflects accuracy and integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in

  Tally ERP

  .
• Record and reconcile

  sales, purchases, and inventory transactions

  across online and offline channels.
• Handle

  invoicing, vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking

  .
• Maintain ledgers and ensure proper

  debit/credit entries

  .
• Manage

  reconciliations

  for bank accounts, payment gateways, and vendor balances.
• Support

  payroll calculations

  and coordinate with HR for salary disbursements.
• Coordinate with

  operations and e-commerce teams

  for reconciliation of payments, returns, and commissions.
• Maintain financial discipline and timely documentation across functions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience

  in finance or accounting, preferably in a

  D2C or fashion brand

• Hands-on knowledge of

  Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting principles

• Proven expertise in

  reconciliations, reimbursements, and payroll management

• Understanding of

  basic statutory processes (GST, TDS, etc.)

• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Someone who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment and takes complete ownership of their work
