Senior Finance Executive

Overview of the Role

The Senior Finance Executive is responsible for overseeing billing, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and day-to-day accounting operations. This role ensures financial accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end billing and invoicing.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and ledgers.
• Process accounts payable, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
• Support month-end closing and audits.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and basic accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP.
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
