As we scale operations, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. Job Summary The Executive Assistant will act as the right hand to the CEO, helping manage the day-to-day schedule, factory coordination, compliance tracking, vendor communication, and key projects. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and can bring structure and clarity to complex workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule internal reviews, factory visits, and external meetings Coordinate travel arrangements for trade fairs, supplier visits, and export meetings Organise and maintain compliance documents (FSSAI, ISO, export licenses, etc.) Liaise with factory supervisors, vendors, clients, and internal teams Draft and manage professional communications and documentation Track projects, deadlines, production reviews, and payment follow-ups Support with presentations, reports, and business review documents What We’re Looking For ✅ Exceptional organisational and time management skills ✅ Strong written and verbal communication ✅ Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented ✅ Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure ✅ Comfortable interacting with senior management, factory teams, and external vendors ✅ Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Tally/SAP is a plus ✅ 3–5 years of experience in a similar EA or operations support role ✅ Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or food processing is preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus) Strong references that demonstrate trustworthiness and discretion Why Join Us?
