Warehouse Operations & Analytics Lead

As a Warehouse Operations and Analytics Lead at GemCorp, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of stock in our dry fruits warehouse. Your responsibilities will include liaising with the Stock Tracking team, introducing new systems for recording stock, preparing analytics reports for production planning, dispatch, and logistics management, identifying discrepancies in stock levels, generating stock movement reports, and working with various teams to streamline processes and propose solutions for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with Stock Tracking team on daily incoming and outgoing stock movements (raw, processed, and packed dry fruits) - Introduce new systems to record stock to increase uniformity - Prepare analytics reports for production planning, dispatch, and logistics management to identify issues and bottlenecks - Introduce and maintain Cost Benefits Analysis throughout the supply chain - Identify discrepancies in stock levels and reconcile data with physical inventory - Generate regular stock movement reports and dashboards for leadership - Work with warehouse, procurement, and dispatch teams to streamline processes - Propose and implement solutions to improve handling, reduce waste, and optimize workflow - Maintain proper audit trails and compliance records for traceability and hygiene Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related fields - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; basic understanding of stock management systems - Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills - Ability to work in a warehouse environment and coordinate with both office and ground teams It will be beneficial to have: - Prior experience in FMCG, food processing, or warehouse analytics - Familiarity with barcode systems, WMS software, or tools like Power BI/Tableau GemCorp offers: - A hands-on role with end-to-end visibility into warehouse operations - A growing, supportive team in a high-integrity, quality-focused business - Opportunities to be a part of a reputable and growing business If you are passionate about improving systems, enjoy working with numbers, and thrive in a ground-level operational environment, this role is an ideal fit for you.,
