Senior Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring timely and accurate work delivery.
• Manage accounting operations and finalize financial statements.
• Handle direct and indirect tax filings, including GST and TDS compliance.
• Conduct internal and statutory audits and prepare related reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Com or M.Com.
• Experience: 2–5 years in accounting, audit, taxation, or financial reporting (experience in a CA firm preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a small team.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in a CA firm or financial consulting firm.
• Exposure to multiple client accounts across industries.
• Understanding of Indian accounting and taxation laws.
