You are invited to join our team as a Quality Analyst for a fast-paced voice process environment. We are seeking individuals who are passionate and detail-oriented, with a strong background in quality checks, customer call evaluation, and the ability to uphold performance benchmarks. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting quality assessments and ensuring adherence to standards in a customer-centric setting. Your primary focus will be on evaluating customer calls, providing feedback, and contributing to the overall improvement of service delivery. We have openings for both Hindi + English QA roles and Regional Language QA roles. For the Hindi + English QA roles, the salary ranges from 24,000 to 26,000 CTC, with an in-hand salary of 23,000 to 25,000 (if PF is not deducted). For the Regional Language QA roles, we have 2 profiles available for each of the following languages: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, and Oriya. The salary for these roles ranges from 27,000 to 28,000 CTC, with an in-hand salary of 25,000 to 27,000 (PF optional). Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory for all profiles, along with proficiency in at least one of the regional languages mentioned above. In addition to language requirements, we are looking for candidates who possess strong analytical skills, excellent feedback delivery capabilities, and prior experience in handling customer-facing voice processes. To be eligible for any of the profiles, you must have a minimum of 1 year of on-paper Quality Analyst experience or a minimum of 2 years of on-paper Customer Support Voice Process experience with knowledge in QA practices. If you do not have a background in QA, we recommend preparing for basic QA interview questions before applying.
