Quality Analyst (QA)

We’re hiring passionate and detail-oriented Quality Analysts for a fast-paced voice process team! If you're experienced in quality checks, customer call evaluation, and can maintain performance benchmarks — this is the perfect opportunity.

Position Breakup & Language Requirements:

Hindi + English QA Roles

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹26,000 CTC In-Hand: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 (if PF is not deducted)

Regional Language QA Roles – 2 Profiles for Each Language

Languages Required:

Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Oriya

Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹28,000 CTC*In-Hand: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 (PF optional)

Hindi + English fluency is also required along with any ONE of the above regional languages

Eligibility Criteria (For All Profiles):

Minimum 1 year of on-paper Quality Analyst experience OR Minimum 2 years of on-paper Customer Support – Voice Process experience + QA knowledge must be present

If you're not from QA, please prepare for basic QA interview questions before applying

Requirement:

• Fluent in Hindi & English is a must for all profiles.
• Additional regional language fluency required for regional roles.
• Strong analytical and feedback skills.
• Must have handled customer-facing voice processes.
