Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. REQUIREMENTS Masters in marketing, business or equivalent. 5 to 7 years of sales or merchandising experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management. Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office, Asana, Slack, LinkedIn, PBI, etc... Fluency in English is required. Requirement - Define product configuration/specifications in accordance with business requirements. Design and own product roadmap and smooth execution of software life cycle process from its inception to its final execution. Gather the requirements from the various process owners and end users necessary to develop back-office software. Coordinate with internal business verticals/departments to collect and analyze the requirement and convert them into actionable items. Assist in creating prototypes for fulfilling business specifications necessary for developing back-office software. Write product/functional specifications and ensure proper documentation of requirements and workflow diagramming for the development/implementation of back office software. Hands-on Experience working with HRMS tools is a must. Knowledge of Technical background and have worked on database SQL, Postgres, Oracle. Drive cross-functional execution and share insights and outcome with all stakeholders. Conduct periodic interactions with all stakeholders and technical team to clear the hurdles being faced in implementing the requirement raised. Ability to drive UAT between technical team and end user till successful production/launch of back office software. Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations. Skills - 4+ years of overall experience as Business Analyst/Operations support in IT sector. Must have completed B.tech / MCA to qualify for Business Analyst. Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize tasks Good decision-making and problem solving skill Good communication skills including technical writing skills Should be able to investigate, troubleshoot and determine the root cause of the issues being faced.
