Soldering Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Soldering Technician with an ITI Diploma to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and repairing electronic components for routers, IoT devices, and networking hardware. The ideal candidate should have experience in PCB soldering, troubleshooting, and working with surface-mount and through-hole components.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform precision soldering and desoldering of electronic components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).
• Assemble, test, and repair routers, IoT devices, and other networking hardware.
• Inspect and troubleshoot faulty electronic circuits and components.
• Work with surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole (THT) components.
• Read and interpret schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Ensure high-quality soldering work using soldering irons, hot air rework stations, and other tools.
• Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection measures to prevent damage to sensitive components.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, testing, and quality control.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve assembly and repair processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• ITI Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in soldering and assembling electronic devices.
• Proficiency in hand soldering (SMT & THT) and rework techniques.
• Familiarity with IoT devices, routers, and networking equipment.
• Ability to identify and replace faulty electronic components.
• Knowledge of basic electronics, resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, etc.
• Good understanding of ESD safety precautions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small electronic parts.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet production targets.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automated soldering machines.
• Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
• Experience in IoT hardware assembly and troubleshooting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,827.29 - ₹16,754.74 per month
