Position:

Experience:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform fine-pitch soldering, including BGA and 0201 packages
Assemble and rework electronic components as per specifications
Maintain assembly logs and component-level documentation
Collaborate with engineering teams during assembly and testing
Manage tools, consumables, and maintain a tidy workstation

Required Skills & Experience:

2–5 years of hands-on experience in electronics/hardware assembly
Strong expertise in:
BGA soldering
0201 and fine-pitch component soldering
Basic electronics troubleshooting
Ability to read drawings, follow SOPs, and maintain basic English communication
