Soldering Technician

As a skilled PCB Technician, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Perform manual soldering of through-hole and SMD components on PCBs. - Carry out rework, repair, and replacement of faulty components on PCB assemblies. - Inspect and test PCBs for defects such as dry joints, shorts, or open circuits. - Utilize tools like soldering iron, hot air station, reflow equipment, desoldering pump, and microscope. - Diagnose issues using testing instruments such as a multimeter, continuity tester, power supply, etc. - Adhere to ESD protection standards while handling sensitive components. - Document repairs, maintain rework logs, and report recurring defects to R&D/QA teams. - Provide support for prototype builds, small-batch production, and field return (RMA) repair activities.
