Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual soldering of through-hole and SMD components on PCBs.
Carry out rework, repair, and replacement of faulty components on PCB assemblies.
Inspect and test PCBs for defects such as dry joints, shorts, or open circuits.
Use tools like soldering iron, hot air station, reflow equipment, desoldering pump, and microscope.
Diagnose issues using testing instruments (multimeter, continuity tester, power supply, etc.).
Follow ESD protection standards while handling sensitive components.
Document repairs, maintain rework logs, and report recurring defects to R&D/QA teams.
Support prototype builds, small-batch production, and field return (RMA) repair activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
