Job Description

As a Quality Analyst for the fast-paced voice process team, your role will involve conducting quality checks and evaluating customer calls to maintain performance benchmarks. The position requires fluency in Hindi and English, along with proficiency in at least one regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, or Oriya. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting quality checks on customer calls - Evaluating performance benchmarks - Fluent in Hindi and English - Proficiency in at least one regional language Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of on-paper Quality Analyst experience OR Minimum 2 years of on-paper Customer Support Voice Process experience with QA knowledge - Fluency in Hindi and English - Additional regional language fluency for regional roles - Strong analytical and feedback skills - Experience in handling customer-facing voice processes If you meet the eligibility criteria and possess the required skills, this full-time position offers a salary range of 24,000 - 26,000 CTC with an in-hand salary of 23,000 - 25,000 (if PF is not deducted) for Hindi + English QA roles. For Regional Language QA roles, the salary ranges from 27,000 - 28,000 CTC with an in-hand salary of 25,000 - 27,000 (PF optional).
