Job Description

-Client Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present coworking space offerings and demonstrate the benefits. -Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, follow-up, negotiations, and closing deals. -Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all coworking space features, membership options, and pricing to effectively sell services and address client needs. -Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals) -Market Research: Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies. -Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. -Negotiation & Contract Management: Handle pricing, contract terms, and finalizing agreements with potential clients. -Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process. -CRM Usage: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
