Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete sales execution process from order initiation to final dispatch.
• Handle order opening, pricing, and cataloguing in coordination with the reporting manager.
• Prepare and share offer sheets based on customer-selected designs.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments including PDD, Diamond, PPC, Production, and Shipping to ensure timely completion of the production cycle.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure adherence to committed delivery schedules.
• Address and resolve customer and internal queries by liaising with relevant departments to ensure seamless manufacturing and delivery.
• Implement and execute sales strategies as defined by management.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout the production cycle and for post-delivery follow-ups and daily queries.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure effective use of internal systems such as EIS and JMS.
• Prepare and share MIS reports, sales data, and other required information with management using MS Excel.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing and sales processes.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in EIS, JMS, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and stakeholders simultaneously.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the jewellery industry.
• Prior experience in sales execution, order management, or customer coordination.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
