We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead and strengthen our Sales Team in Noida, driving business growth and expanding our corporate client base.

Job Details

• Location: Noida
• Salary: ₹30,000 per month
• Gender: Male
• Experience: 2–5 years (Courier / Logistics industry experience mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales activities for courier and logistics services in the Noida region
• Identify new business opportunities and generate corporate and SME leads
• Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth deliveries
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in courier/logistics industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Good understanding of B2B sales and local market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools preferred)
• Target-driven, professional, and customer-oriented approach
