Senior Sales Executive

• Promote company brand through professional conduct and communication
• Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices
• Ensure compliance with government policies, DISCOM norms, and subsidy rules
• Conduct site surveys and assess customer energy requirements
• Explain solar solutions, ROI, savings, subsidies, and net metering process
• Coordinate with technical team for feasibility and system designIdentify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners
• Develop relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM regularly
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (kW / MW and revenue)
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed solar projects
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals
• Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Field sales: 2 years (Required)
